Send us their name. If it becomes a project, you get 3% of it — on a typical build that is $750 to $3,300, paid within 30 days of the project being delivered. You do not have to be in the trade. You do not have to sell anything. You just have to know them.

Once, politely, and we say you sent us. If they are not interested, that is the end of it.
You get paid
3% of the project, minimum $500, paid within 30 days of the project being delivered. No invoicing, no chasing.

Pool builders, landscapers and hardscapers hear about the outdoor kitchen before anyone else — usually while quoting something else. Realtors hear it at closing, when the new owner is already planning. Neither of you loses the client: we supply the kitchen, you keep doing what you were doing.
